The complexity fee covers things like detailed patterns on clothing, multiple accessories, moving parts such as straps, horns, multiple clothing layers (jackets, sweaters, etc.), tattoos, scars, and gold/silver/other metal elements

The VBridger mouth requires the VBridger app to function properly — without it, the mouth won’t move properly. VBridger is a paid add-on for VTube Studio (available on Steam for $9.99). Please note: you must have an iOS device with face tracking capabilities to use VBridger

I retain the right to include the work in my portfolio and showcase all stages and the final result on my social platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Patreon, X, etc., listed on Llivstra.art/Llivstra).If you'd like your commission to remain private (temporarily or permanently), we can discuss it — an additional fee may apply.

For rush deadlines, your request will be prioritized, with delivery in 7-20 days (+50% of the final price)

Please provide your concept and references in as much detail as possible.If you don't have a character sheet, I can create one for an additional fee — or you can commission it from another artist and send it to me afterward

You can choose between 100% upfront payment, or 50% before the sketch and 50% after the artwork is finished

1. Character Sheet (if needed): If you don’t have a character sheet, we’ll create it first. We’ll discuss your idea, you can send me references, and describe the details you'd like to seeI’ll create a few rough sketches based on our discussion. We can talk it over, choose your favorite version, or combine elements from several.You have unlimited revisions at this stage to make sure you're happy with the concept

2. Artwork Stage: I'll send the rought sketch firstly. You have unlimited revisions. Once the final sketch is approved, I’ll create a clean version with flat colors. You’ll have a chance to check it before I move on to rendering the final artwork.On the final artwork small changes are okay too, but big changes may cost extra depending on complexity

3. Rigging Stage: I handle the rigging myself. You won’t need to worry about anything, but you can request sneak peeks if you'd likeOnce it's done, I’ll send you all the ready-to-use files. If you need help with setup in VTube Studio, I’ll be happy to assist!

Unlimited revisions during the sketch stage

Up to 3 small changes on the final artwork stage. Larger changes will incur an additional fee depending on their complexity

No revisions are allowed during the rigging stage

If a revision is needed due to an error on my part, all changes will be free of charge

Standard deadline is up to 2 months

I’ll send you all the final files once the work is completed

For "rush deadlines", the final price will be doubled, and your request will be prioritized, with delivery in 7-20 days

The deadline can only be moved in critical situations that the artist could not foresee

Commercial use for streaming and monetization is included in the priceIf you plan to use the model for printed materials (like merch or posters), please let me know in advance

The model art may be used in the artist’s portfolio and shared publiclyPlease make sure to credit the artist as your “mama” in your Twitch description or anywhere else it’s appropriate

No refunds will be issued once the payment is made

If the client is rude or behaves inappropriately, the artist reserves the right to cancel the project and keep the full payment. Please be respectful — let’s keep things kind and professional! ^^
